The 2007 conference took place on the 4th and 5th September in the capital of country hospitality, Tamworth! The venue for both days was the West Tamworth Leagues Club.

In addition to the high profile guest speakers, site inspections of some of Tamworth's wonderful B&B's and a sumptuous evening at the picturesque "Pavilion" function centre allowed delegates the opportunity to completely take in Tamworth's country hospitality.
The association held it's AGM at 10:30am on Day 2 of the conference, during which the Annual Report was presented to members.
Delegates had the chance to discuss various aspects of the industry during the Open Forums.
