 Hon. Matt BROWN MP - NSW Minister for Tourism since March 2007. Raised in Kiama on the NSW South Coast, Matt Brown was first elected to the Parliament of New South Wales in 1999 and currently holds the portfolios of Minister for Housing, Minister for Tourism and
Member for Kiama. Don't miss the Conference Dinner as Matt will be a special guest as well as opening the Conference on day two - Wednesday 20th August.

 Noel Butler - Noel is a direct descendant of the Budawang People of the Milton, Ulladulla and Budawang Ranges area of the NSW South Coast. Noel is a talented indigenious Musician (Didgeridoos, vocals and percussion), Artist, Sculptor and Indigenous Culture Teacher. As a local Aboriginal Elder, Noel will start the Conference on Day One with a "Welcome To Country" ceremony, welcoming participants and attendees to the land (region).

 Joanna Gash - Member for Gilmore and Shadow Parliamentary Secretary for Tourism, Joanna has an impressive portfolio of other current and past positions. Jo is a well known Nowra local who, as a firm believer in success through hard work, "gets the job done" and is the former co-owner of the award winning Ranelagh House, a 100 bed guest house at Robertson. Joanna will officially open the Conference after the traditional Aboriginal "Welcome To Country".

 Clare Keogh - Current Chair of the Bed & Breakfast and Farmstay Association of NSW - ACT and active Board member for over 8 years. Clare and her husband Richard have operated a B&B for 11 years and more recently two self-contained properties.
Clare will explain about what the Association does and how it benefits you to belong.

 Lance Witham - Lance is the owner of boutique coffee roasters and wholesalers - Witham's Coffee in Sydney. What Lance doesn't know about coffee just isn't worth knowing. Witham's also supply a wide range of specialty Teas and Coffee Machines.

 Samantha Muller - Sam has a diverse business background and has owned and operated many successful businesses over her career. She is a preferred consultant for the Department of State and Regional Development, Indigenous Business Australia and AusIndustry. She travels all over NSW assisting businesses with their marketing initiatives with the sole purpose of improving profitability.

 Warren James - Warren is currently the Director of Matrix Safety Systems Pty Ltd based in Falls Creek on the Shoalhaven South Coast of NSW and has a wealth of experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S), Risk Management, OH&S Systems Auditing, and Training. Australia wide clients include many accommodation providers and tour operators. Warren will be speaking on Day Two.
