Bed & Breakfast and Farmstay NSW & ACT represents a wide variety of "unique" small accommodation businesses to the travelling public. It assures a consistently high quality in the way properties are presented and an equally high level of Customer Care for guests.
A basic expectation is that all members will act with integrity, honesty and sobriety and ensure their guests receive courteous, genuine hospitality as part of an enjoyable accommodation experience. There are a number of other essential prerequisites to membership as well as indicators of Quality and Customer Care for guests.
Applications and renewals for full membership of the Association are to be accompanied by evidence that the applicant has fulfilled the Essential Prerequisites to Membership as well as a formal commitment to the Standards of Customer Care.
